Sounds of NIK is a multi-genre electronic music producer, composer, songwriter, vocalist, and content creator from New Delhi, India. Born as Nimish Choubey on June 13, 1992, he developed an early fascination with recording sounds and the synthesis of music. Inspired by the global electronic dance music community, he began experimenting with sound design and music production, gradually shaping his own sonic identity rooted in melody and experimentation.
Since 2016, Sounds of NIK has been producing music and sharing his creations online through platforms such as YouTube and SoundCloud. After years of refining his craft in production, mixing, mastering, and sound design, he released his official debut album “SPECTRUM” in 2023, accompanied by the animated web series “A Journey Through the Spectrum of Light”. This seven-track, story-driven science-fiction project was both a musical and visual exploration, pushing boundaries of electronic storytelling.
His music is best described as an experimental electronic vibe that transcends genres. Drawing from melodic influences, he blends elements of EDM, melodic techno, hip hop, cinematic, and futuristic sounds, each track carrying its own emotional atmosphere. His work embodies a philosophy of exploring the endless possibilities of sound while keeping a strong connection to storytelling and emotion.
Beyond his music releases, Sounds of NIK also runs an active YouTube channel with over 10K subscribers, where he shares tutorials, original soundtracks, gear reviews, and creative projects.
